What has been your favorite job?

My favorite job was writing programs for CNC machines in a large machine shop.  It was using a relatively new computer program in those days referred to as CAD/CAM (computer aided drawing / computer aided machining).  This was in the mid 1990's when computer programs did what they were supposed to do and didn't complicate your life otherwise!  It was rewarding to watch my programs create finished parts in the shop for military contractors.

Why did you choose to work at LMG?

It all started with supporting Karen when she finished her residency and fellowship.  She wanted to be independent vs. working for someone.  I totally supported the idea and went to work to create LMG.  It was slow going at first because it's pretty hard jumping thru all the hoops that local, state, and the federal governments put in your way.  But it all paid off in the end.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Watch older movies, tinker with minor repairs around the house or property; but mostly, spending alone time with Karen over a meal and some cold drinks!

Do you have any hidden talents?

I'm an OK singer and used to play the guitar pretty well, but never pursued either a long, long, long time ago.

What are your strengths?

Attention to detail (when it's important, otherwise I'm OK with not bothering); figuring out the best way to get the end result I'm after, which is not always the recommended complicated way; showing loyalty to people who are loyal in return.
